Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Web AI Secure (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

The Service scans websites you own or are authorized to test for security issues, and provides protection tooling (firewall, malware detection/removal). You may only scan or connect websites you own or have explicit permission to assess. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys, for maintaining backups of your own data, and for reviewing automated remediation before relying on it. Automated malware removal quarantines files reversibly; you should verify results.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. Security scanning is best-effort and cannot guarantee detection of every vulnerability or malware. We are not liable for any loss arising from undetected threats, false positives, or remediation actions you approve.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to systems, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

6. Plans & payment

Paid plans and their features are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions may be managed by your account administrator.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact [email protected] with questions.
